## Configuración en Sperant

Para iniciar la integración de WhatsApp Web – Sperant, es necesario que un usuario administrador con acceso al módulo Configuración - Integraciones de Sperant inicie la siguiente configuración:

1.Ingresar al módulo Configuración.

2\. Clic en Integraciones

3\. Clic sobre WhatsApp Web (icono de WhatsApp)

4\. Establecer la Configuración de WhatsApp Web

En el apartado de configuración web deberá de seleccionar lo siguiente:

* Activar - Clic sobre la opción de activar para habilitar la integración en su entorno. (✅).
* Nivel de interés - Etiqueta que define el nivel de interés cuando un Lead se registra por la extensión de WhatsApp Web, se recomienda la etiqueta **Por contactar** o ítem que identifique el nuevo contacto.
* Canal de entrada - Etiqueta que define el primer canal de contacto.
* Medio de captación - etiqueta que define el medio de captación de origen que ingresó el Lead en Sperant.

5\. Clic en el botón Actualizar.

6\. Finalmente clic en el botón Aceptar.

### Observaciones:

* La configuración de WhatsApp Web aplica de manera general por entorno y no por usuario, es decir si se habilita la integración WhatsApp Web quedará activa para todos los usuarios con acceso a Sperant.
